What you'll see in the app

📍

Where they are

At home, at school or at the grandparents', by place and zone, on a map. Location comes from the Kokaru gateway that hears the band.

Their sleep

How long they slept, when they went to bed and whether the night was restless, against what's recommended for their age.

Activity and active moments

Steps with a 13,000-a-day goal and the moments they played or exercised, with their heart rate.

💬

Moments worth a conversation

When and where their heart rate rose without movement to explain it, and whether it repeats. It describes; it doesn't diagnose.

Daily, weekly and monthly reports

In plain words and as PDF, to keep or share with whoever you choose.

🔔

Instant alerts

Low battery, band out of contact or heart rate out of range for their age, on your phone.

How it works

The Kokaru KB8 band

Measures heart rate every 5 seconds, steps, sleep and skin temperature. No screen, up to 12 days of battery.

📡

The Kokaru gateway

A small box you plug in at home; it joins your WiFi in about 3 minutes from the app and syncs the band by itself.

The Kokaru network

Any Kokaru gateway (schools, centres, other homes) syncs the band and tells you where it is.

Their data is yours

Only you and the people you authorise see your child's information. Places in the network (schools, other homes) don't see any child: they only carry encrypted data. You can pause location at any time.
