Can I cancel any time?

Yes. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the period you have already paid.

How are Kids and Senior billed?

You pay once for the band with its gateway, then a monthly fee for each active band.

What happens after the 12 months of Wellness?

We'll let you know beforehand. You can renew the membership or keep using the band with the basic features.

Do Kids and Senior cost the same?

Yes. It's the same system: what changes is who wears it and what you see in the app.

Do you have plans for companies or care homes?
